Returns

• You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must be in the original packaging.
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
• Refund processing times may vary, but typically you can expect your refund within 7–14 business days (depending on your bank or card issuer).

Exchanges

• If you received a defective or damaged item, we can replace it with the same item, provided it is in stock.
• If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, the item must be in original condition and the same rules for returns apply.

Shipping costs

• You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
